He has led organizational design, strategy development, business & operating model development, and business process transformation efforts with both commercial and federal clients including large Federal agencies and various private sector business segments: global bio-technical clients, telecom clients, insurance & healthcare. He works directly with senior leaders on strategically important engagements to develop and implement transformative improvement recommendations.
